Complete penetration of pesticide chemical gas within the entire product volume is significant advantages of fumigation over other types of disinfection, which is extremely important for bulk products, such as grain, seeds or flour.

After removal of gas from the treated area (degassing), product is safety enough to start the discharging operations.

Coloration is the marking of shipload grain with food colorants.

The color of the marking and the minimum percentage of grain to be colored shall be determined by the customer.

The grain is marked by spraying the dye solution into the grain mass while loading into the ship’s holds.

We use special equipment for coloring which allows processing up to 3 loaded holds at a time.
